Terms of Service

By purchasing, downloading, or using any product offered through KovaHub (kovahub.org), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.

1. Products and Licenses

All Kova products are licensed, not sold. When you purchase a product, you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the product in your Roblox games, subject to the restrictions below. Licenses are managed via Parcel, a third-party whitelist service. Your access is tied to your Roblox account as registered in our system.

2. Permitted Use

You may use Kova products in any Roblox games or experiences you own or have permission to develop. You may not:

• Redistribute, resell, or share source code from any Kova product with third parties.
• Remove or obscure any attribution, comments, or licensing notices within the code.
• Reverse-engineer a product for the purpose of creating a competing product.
• Use Kova products in any context outside of the Roblox platform without prior written permission.

3. Transfers

Some products allow license transfers. Where enabled, you may transfer your license to one other Roblox account. Transfers are permanent and irreversible. Once transferred, your access to the product is revoked and moved to the recipient. Kova is not responsible for transfers made in error. There is no limit on how many times a license may be transferred, provided the current holder initiates the transfer.

4. Refunds

Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final. Refunds will not be issued once a product license has been delivered to your Parcel whitelist, except in cases where the product is materially defective and Kova is unable to provide a fix within a reasonable timeframe. If you believe you are entitled to a refund, contact us on our Discord server.

5. Updates and Support

Kova will make reasonable efforts to keep products functional following Roblox engine updates. However, we make no guarantee of continued compatibility or ongoing feature development. Products are provided on an as-is basis. Support is provided on a best-effort basis via our Discord server.

6. Account Requirements

To use the KovaHub dashboard, you must link a valid Discord account and optionally a Roblox account. You are responsible for the security of your accounts. Kova is not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised access to your accounts. You must be at least 13 years old to use KovaHub.

7. Termination

Kova reserves the right to revoke your product license without refund if you are found to be in breach of these Terms, including but not limited to: distributing Kova products, attempting to bypass Parcel licensing, or engaging in abusive behaviour toward Kova staff or community members.

8. Intellectual Property

All Kova products, branding, and content are the intellectual property of Kova Studios. Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of any intellectual property to you.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Kova shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our products, including but not limited to loss of in-game revenue, Roblox policy violations, or game performance issues.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our products after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We will announce major changes in our Discord server.
